Item Description
15/16" plus upper fixed loop. Outstanding design of eagle atop Liberty Bell flanked by a pair of rwb enamel flags. Neatly engraved on the reverse "1st Prize/Wm. C. Mersman." Makers stamp below "Culbertson" along with a mark "14K". Tiny bits of the very thin enamel have come off four of the flag stripes but barely noticeable without magnification. All else remains Exc. Six grams. A unique award.
