Item Description
10.75x15" artboard has Joe Musial's pen and ink original art for cover to the Aug. 1943 issue of "Ace Comics," published by David McKay. Cover features Hans and Fritz Katzenjammer of "The Katzenjammer Kids" admiring a bear skin rug, while one holds pair of scissors in hand. "Ace Comics" logo is printed stat. All else is original art. Musial has signed at lower right. Lower left has KFS copyright strip. Margins have some glue staining and art has some dust soiling, but o/w remains clean and Fine/VF overall.
