Item Description
13x16" framed w/10.5x13.5" opening revealing a mounted oval photograph w/wide margins. Photograph is embossed "Copyrighted 1903 C. M. Bell Photographic Co. Washington D.C." at lower right. Inscription below the photo reads "With Regards Of" and is boldly signed "Theodore Roosevelt" and dated "April 27th 1904". A few scattered tiny dots of toning most notably is one less than .25" dia. right of center near the bottom edge. VF. A lovely example of Roosevelt's signature and an outstanding display piece. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA/LOA.
