Item Description
11x17.25" Marvel Comics artboard has Mike Perkin's pen and ink w/inkwash original art for cover of "The Punisher" Vol. 8 (sometimes cited as Vol 9) #5, published by Marvel Jan. 2012. This is the 50th anniversary cover (1:50), an homage to "New Mutants" #87. Perkin's art features Punisher standing w/assault rifle, four bullseye target images revealing Doctor Doom, The Rhino, Elektra and Jigsaw. Perkins has signed at lower left and top margin has handwritten title (w/reference to "New Mutants"), issue number, cover notation and artist's name. Art remains clean and NM.
