Item Description
These Steiff Mickey Mouse dolls came in a variety of sizes, this the smallest version made by them, standing 4.5" tall. 1930s. Stuffed felt doll w/oilcloth eyes and four mother-of-pearl pants buttons. Missing cardboard tag attached to chest but typically missing button in ear is present (missing fabric tag). Complete w/string whiskers, which are also typically missing. Missing rubber tail. However, color remains strong and bold, and this doll does not exhibit the usual color fade. Despite missing tail, doll still displays Exc. Very charming doll in this small size and as nice as we've seen. Jan Wahl Collection.
