Item Description
Lot of four Rawlings Official MLB baseballs, each signed on sweet spot by NASA astronaut. Three have been signed in blue ink - American aerospace engineer, former naval officer and aviator, test pilot and NASA astronaut Joe Edwards (who adds "STS-89" Space Shuttle mission number); German-American engineer Guenter Wendt, noted for his work in the US manned spaceflight program (1923-2010 - who adds "Pad Leader" title); SpaceShipOne test pilot and commercial astronaut Mike Melvill (who adds "SpaceShipOne" designation). Other ball is signed in black felt tip pen by Ellen Baker, an American physician and NASA astronaut who serves as Chief of the Education/Medical Branch of the NASA Astronaut Office. Balls have been rubbed w/typical aging, but signatures are still bold and sharp and the balls are clean. Exc. overall. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA COAs.
