Item Description
The "Cartoon Adventures" set was issued in 1936 and is comprised of four different subsets (Buck Rogers, Tarzan, Tailspin Tommy and Broncho Bill). ACC# R28. The full set of 48 cards is numbered 401-448. The Buck subset is numbered 425-448 (24 cards in this subset while the others each had just 8 cards). Cards are 2.5x2 7/8". Nice art fronts, blank backs. © John F. Dille Co. Cards numbers in this lot are: 426,433,435,437,438,442-444,448. Cards have moderate margin wear and aging but are clean overall and mostly VG/EX to EX. #433 has a nick at center, VG. Richard Calusdian Collection.
