Item Description
14-3/8x21-5/8" poster for original Belgian release of the 1955 "Creature From The Black Lagoon" sequel, the second in a series of three films produced by Universal-International during the 1950s. Directed by Jack Arnold, the film stars John Agar and Lori Nelson and was also Clint Eastwood's film debut. Poster features great graphics of the Creature chained and holding a bathing suit beauty as city's populace flees. Poster has horizontal fold and faint vertical crease at center. Marquee at top has majority of French language theater showing information paste-over remaining. Some squares of brown paper tape on back at top. Bottom right has .75x1" area of surface paper lift w/two small surface paper pulls. Fine overall w/main image area retaining vivid color.
