If tubing is touched by loop at any time, lights flash and bell rings. Sobriety levels read - "DT's, Bombed, Stinko, Don't Drive, No Pain, Social Drink, One Drink, Saint, Very Good, Steel Nerves." Front features repeated image (in slightly different sizes) of classic drunk character holding onto lightpost. Back has metal loop for placement of small padlock (not included). It is working and lights up. Scattered general lt. wear w/a few small scratches at top center of main plate, not offensive. Fine/VF overall.
