Item Description
Majestic radio company was one of the leading radio manufacturers at the beginning of the radio craze in America in the 1920s through its decline. Shortly into its history, Majestic began producing its own radio tubes. This large and impressive 18.5x28.5x8.25" deep heavy tin litho store display/cabinet was made during the 1930s. Front has great images of three radio tubes, one on top slanted top w/"Re-Tube With Majestic Radio Tubes"; the hyphen in "Re-Tube" being small "Majestic" radio tube. Two other tubes flank "For Colorful Tone - Use Majestic Radio Tubes - Uniformity - Longer Life" text. Left/right sides have "Majestic Tubes - Longer Life" promotional text. Back has ample space for tube storage and tin pocket on one side that held product lists/brochures. Top left corner of slanted top has 1.5" dent w/some scattered paint wear. Scattered aging to top. Fine/VF. Rare.
