Item Description
All 12 pieces are from Maryland. The enamel and brass Red Men presentation badge is 4.5" and the 11 ribbon badges are 6" to 10.5" long. Red Men on back reads "Presented To Robert L. Ireland Past Sachem Shenandoah Tribe No. 192". Of the 11 other pieces, nine have celluloid as part of the construction, most as an insert in a brass framed suspension. Items 2/3 are for Independent Order of Mechanics, items 4-6 are for Junior Order Of American Mechanics, items 7-10 are for Improved Order Of Odd Fellows and items 11-12 ( one and a duplicate) are for the women's Rebekah Lodge division of the Odd Fellows. Dated items are 1907 and 1913 with all items in the 1900-1920 range. Most reverses are in black/silver for member funerals. An exceptionally clean group, all VF or better. Great color and ornate workmanship.
