Item Description
18.5x22.5" frame contains 11x15" artboard w/full color mixed media original art for cover to "On The Far Side With Dead Folks" #3, published by Avatar Press June 2003. Cover features bounty hunter Wayne holding pistol and rifle in his hands, a group of rotting zombies behind him. Story is based on Joe R. Lansdale's zombie apocalypse novella "On The Far Side Of The Cadillac Desert With Dead Folks" which is adapted for comics w/frequent collaborator Tim Truman, who has signed art. Art has "Avatar" in pencil at upper left w/partial title and issue number inked along top right margin. Bottom margin has "Timothy Truman: Art" inked notation. Art is NM as framed and ready for display professionally framed. Comes w/reading copy of the published comic.
