Item Description
10x15-1/8" stiff artboard has full color mixed media original art for page from Jim Woodring's "Frank In The River" story, a 24-page, mostly wordless story published in "Tantalizing Stories" by Tundra in 1992. Five panel page (page 21) features Frank chewing on multi-color food before spitting it out. Manhog appears and Frank and his friends give chase, following Manhog into the kitchen, where the bloody body parts of the monsters Frank had killed earlier in the day are hung up for butchering. Manhog can be seen hiding behind large cans of bloody parts. Bottom margin has black ink inscription "To Brian From Jim Woodring 1994." Exc.
