9x12" program w/80 pages for Jan. 30 to Feb. 12, 1961 Shrine Circus performances at the Coliseum Building of the Michigan State Fair Grounds. Cover features classic portrait of famed hobo clown Emmett Kelly (1898-1979), who has boldly signed cover in black felt tip pen. Program is filled w/typical contents, including information and photos of acts and Shrine members as well as copious advertisements. Cover has some pinch creases to spine and some corner tip wear. Signature has tiny rub by it, but does not affect actual signature. Program is Fine overall while signature displays VF. Classic item to have signed by this famous clown. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA COA.
