2.25" tall with silvered brass shield pin suspending 1" white metal medallion. Shield identifies a member of the "Grant Club" and medal has high relief portrait plus "President U.S. Grant". Rev. rim text "Republican Candidate For President 1872" and center text "Patient Of Toil/Serene Amist Alarms/Inflexible In Faith/Invincible In Arms". Highly lustrous. NM.
