Item Description
4.75x7.25x2.75" deep box features great illustration of Donald Duck zooming through space in rocketship w/"Donald Rocket" name and facsimile Walt Disney signature. Manufacturer is unknown, but French given "Marseille" imprint on one inner box flap. Box also bears WDP copyright. Scattered corner tip wear w/3/8" surface paper lift from price sticker removal one main panel, which also has .25" long puncture. Fine/VF overall. Box contains 7" long tin litho rocket w/Donald Duck figure riding on top. Donald's body is tin litho while his head is hard plastic (w/painted features) and head is attached to rubber sleeve inside body. Donald wears die-cut cardboard shirt collar. Rocket has vinyl wheels and inner friction mechanism is visible on underside of rocket. Friction is a bit balky, but functions. Donald's backside has some scattered tiny paint nicks/scratches, but o/w toy is VF and appears unused. One of the rarest Disney toys we have offered in our 51 years, we know of just one other example of this Donald Duck toy.
