Item Description
14x20-1/8" first and only printing poster for July 7, 1969 concert at Great Highway in San Francisco, CA featuring Jefferson Airplane, It's a Beautiful Day, Joan Baez, Ace of Cups, Phoenix and Fourth Way. Art by Victor Moscoso and Wes Wilson features large Pegasus rearing at the end of The Great Road, the foreground featuring a number of human figures hidden among the poster's text. The poster was printed using the split fountain method, w/colors shifting from yellow-orange at top to magenta at bottom and bkg. colors shifting from dark blue at top to green at bottom text. Moscoso has signed in black felt tip pen at lower right. Poster has some corner tip wear and scattered minor handling wear. Still VF/Exc. overall and scarce in this condition.
