Item Description
13-7/8x21-3/4" thin cardboard poster advertising concerts at "New Era Club Beginning Fri. Feb 5" featuring "Gatemouth Brown And His Guitar Swinging & Singing The Blues." Additional text reads "Recording Star Of Such Wide Hits As: 'Mary Is Fine' 'My Time Is Expensive' 'Dirty Work At The Cross Roads' And Numerous Others." One each vertical and horizontal fold w/a less than 2" horizontal tear at right center affecting the "N" in "Brown." Otherwise very clean w/only faint age toning at edges. Technically VG but will display Fine once framed. A scarce poster featuring the pioneering multi-instrumentalist known best for his influential fiddle and as a blues guitar virtuoso. This poster while unmarked was produced by Hatch Show Print in Nashville.
