Item Description
15/16" w/union back stamp. The famed Washington Senators pitcher retired and while living in Maryland ran as a Republican for the US Congressional seat. These buttons featured a baseball design produced for the "Primary May 6th." A variety "For Congress" was also produced and in our experience this "Primary" version is the rarer of the two. Exc. displaying Mint. Scarce.
