Item Description
18x24" glossy poster for July 21-23, 1978 festival that took place at the Place des Arts in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Poster features photos of performers Sarah Vaughan, Hubert Laws, Dexter Gordon, Paul Horn, B.B. King, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker and Willie Dixon (misspelled "Willy"). Poster also features photo of event organizer Roue Doudou Boicel at top right and rest of poster features African-themed art. Poster has been rolled and shows moderated edge/corner tip wear w/.75x1" corner piece missing at lower left. Margins have scattered small tears w/three tape repairs on reverse at top/bottom. VG. Scarce.
