2.5" w/metal back and horizontal bar pin. These buttons were produced for the victory celebration at the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, CA and can be seen in press photos from the event as Reagan addresses the crowd. Only faint surface wear in reflected light. NM displaying Mint.
