Item Description
14.5x19.75" framed contains c. 1910 advertising sign w/metal strips at top/bottom margins (top strip has metal hanging loop). Sign advertises J.L. Prescott Co. product and features wonderful graphics of company namesake Black Cat along w/early bottle of polish (w/cork stopper), its label bearing Black Cat portrait. Sign was printed by National Printing & Engraving Co. of Chicago, IL and New York, NY. Sign has some lt. horizontal creases as once rolled and minor left/right margin wear, but displays VF as framed w/strong color.
