3.5" button w/metal back and horizontal bar pin and 2.5x4" plastic holder w/card stock badge. c. 1960. Button features US Capitol and facsimile signature and has serial number "228." Crease in thin cello covering at 9 and 11 o'clock as made otherwise moderate surface wear. Extremely Fine. Badge features portrait of LBJ at right and "Washington DC 15" union bug in field at bottom right. Minor age toning at edges otherwise extremely clean. NM. Scarce.
