Item Description
27.5x40.75" for the original release of the 1944 RKO crime film directed by Gordon Douglas and starring Tom Conway in his recurring role as a suave amateur sleuth, supported by Barbara Hale and Veda Ann Borg. The film was the tenth of 16 in the Falcon detective series, the sixth starring Conway. Wonderful stone lithography by Morgan Litho. Corp. of Cleveland, OH features large portrait of The Falcon looking down at potential suspects w/"Where Next Will The Killer Strike?" text. Originally folded, poster has been linen-mounted and has had some color touch-ups along fold lines and to staple holes along right margin, including some in image area. Scattered margin restoration includes some airbrushing. As linen-mounted, poster displays Exc. w/vivid color.
