Item Description
30x40.5" travel poster promoting trips to Alaska on the Northern Pacific Railway. 1935. Poster illustration by Sydney Laurence (1865-1940) features Northwest Native Americans sailing in ornate cedar trunk boats close to the coast, w/Alaska's impressive peaks in bkg. Poster has been linen-mounted w/some minor rippling along bottom margin and upper left corner/margin shows some wear, including .5" tear at top left margin. Scattered margin restoration, but poster remains bright and clean and would make for Exc. display if framed.
