Item Description
27.5x41" for the original release of the 1937 Republic musical directed by Irving Pichel and starring Roman Novarro, Lola Lane, Gene Lockhart, Kathleen Burke, Stanley Fields and Billy Bevan. Stunning stone lithography by Morgan Litho. Corp. of Cleveland, OH features large portrait of Novarro overlooking image of him carrying Lane in his arms. Originally folded, poster has been linen-mounted and has had some restoration including color touch-ups along fold lines and to pin holes at corners. Highlights on Lane's dress at bottom fold crease intersection have been repainted and fold crease intersections have some restoration. Margins have some scattered airbrushing. As linen-mounted, poster displays Exc. w/bold color.
