Item Description
Tallest award is 2.5" and the eight wings are about 1.25" wide. Each item includes "United States Air Force" and initials "GOC" for Ground Observer Corps. The Army's GOC ended in 1944 but the group was revived during the early 1950s Cold War and Air Force auspices. First has award bars for 250/750/1000 hours. Next is "For Merit" carded award and two un-carded in two different colors. Wings in order are "Supervisor" pin and stud, "Chief Observer" pin and stud, "Asst. Chief Observer" pin, "Filter Center" stud and pin, and "Observer". NM to Mint. See previous item #905.
