Item Description
13x19.5x5.5" deep window display box contains 17" tall (to top of hair) doll. Ideal, ©1965 Chicago Tribune/NY News Syndicate, Inc. Box has 12 color comic panels on sides w/"Mr. & Mrs. Dick Tracy, Jr. (The Moon Maid) Announce The Birth Of Their Daughter - Little Honey Moon" text. Side panel text includes "Removable Space Helmet, She Cries, Special 'Moon Hair' Can Be Washed And Combed, Soft Cuddly Body." Original cellophane window has large 16" split but doll appears to have never been removed from box. Box has slight fading to top pick section and some scattered edge/corner tip wear. Fine overall. Vinyl body doll has fabric outfit w/shiny silver accents. Pigtails appear through top of removable plastic helmet. Complete w/comb. Old store stock and NM. One of the most interesting pieces of Dick Tracy merchandise merchandise produced.
