8.5x10.5" matte finish photo of a portrait of Hoover by artist "Paul Frehm." At bottom left inscribed "To Sonia D. Mc Bride Best Wishes," and signed "J. Edgar Hoover" w/date "4/24/42" A 2.25" vertical margin crease at top left and scattered light brown moisture marks. Fine. Signature remains bold. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
