Item Description
17x26" thin paper w/metal top bar and full "1944" calendar pad. This advertisement for Ottawa Paint Works features a central image w/Mackenzie King, FDR and Winston Churchill seated w/military personal and waving American, Canadian and British flags behind. The fourth empty seat was designated for Joseph Stalin who could not make the conference. Horizontal creases from being rolled and heavy handling wear. Fine. Rare.  It was at this conference that planning for "Operation Overlord" the code name for the invasion of Normandy (D-Day) was agreed upon.
