20x30" cardboard sign w/easel back features nicely detailed illustration of penguin as sailor, holding rope of nautical signal flags w/"Signal For Kool Cigarettes" advertising slogan. Pack of Kool cigarettes at lower right. World War II era, w/"Buy U.S. War Bonds & Stamps" text at bottom. Sign shows moderate corner tip wear and some scattered wear/aging along margins. Three tack holes along top margin. Scattered age spotting. Lower right has some rippling to surface paper. Fine overall.
