13x19.5" plaque. Oval portrait after a painting by John S. Sargent published in a 1903 Collier's Weekly. Advertising imprint at top right for newspaper located in Martinsburg, PA. A 4" and 1.5" horizontal scratch in top right field. Otherwise moderate handling and paint wear. Fine. First we've encountered w/this imprint.
