Item Description
12x15.25x6-7/8" deep wooden case w/glass front over silk-screened wood panel playing area. This features images of Allied B-26 Marauder bombers dropping bombs on city below w/ratings ranging from "Poor" to "Direct Hit" w/left/right having "Buy Defense Bonds" text. Baker Novelty Co., Inc. 1940s. Solid wood panel back offers no access from back. Interior has original metal container that received winning pennies when they were released. Original penny release plunger works well. Lock is replacement and comes w/two keys. Shelf in front has residue from applied paper sticker, sticker was not original to game. Front panel/door has repair to split, not overly offensive. Scattered wear/aging to exterior. Some surface hairlines to silk-screened playing surface. Fine overall. Mark Treitel Collection.
