Item Description
Complete set of six ranging in height from 2.5" to 3.5" tall. Made in Germany by Hertwig, 1920s. From "Harold Teen" comic strip that began in 1919. Set includes Harold Teen, Lillums, Pop Jenks, Grandpa Teen, Josie and Lilacs. All have character names and "Germany" incised on back as well as name of creator Carl Ed. All elastic is tight. Lillums has moderate paint wear to dress, w/flaking to front. Fine. Rest shows just lt. wear and are bright, clean and VF/Exc. overall and nicer than typically found.
