Item Description
23x35" silk-screened poster for the famous West Hollywood, CA Troubadour nightclub, which played an important role in the careers of performers including Elton John, The Eagles, The Byrds, Bonnie Raitt, Fleetwood Mac, Rod Stewart, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel and UK artists like Radiohead, Coldplay and the Arctic Monkeys. Poster features stylized art of three wandering musicians by Earl Newman, whose art graced several Monterey Jazz Festival posters. Newman is also known for his theater posters and nature prints. Newman's facsimile signature appears along lower right. Some lt. corner tip/margin wear, but VF overall.
