Item Description
Suspended from 2" long brass hanger and ribbon. A 2.5" area of exposed metal on reverse edge between 2 and 6 o'clock that occurred during manufacturing. The cello is tight to the rim in this area and lays flat. Technically VF but displaying NM. A scarce item from Wilson's second inauguration. Ron Koot Collection.
