Item Description
22.5x26.5" frame contains matted die-cut cardboard store sign advertising Howdy Doody tie-in w/hostess snack cakes. 1950s. Sign features die-cut portraits of Clarabell and Howdy Doody at top, overlooking images of Hostess Twinkies, Cup Cakes and Sno-Balls. Sign notes purchase price of 10¢ for package of two. Sign has even fading w/some edge wear and 10.5" vertical crease just right of center. Two small holes at top center of heads as displayed. Fine overall. Rare and first we've offered in our 52 years.
