Item Description
6.25x16.5x2.25" deep illustrated cardboard box contains complete set by Noma Electric Corp. ©1938 Walt Disney Enterprises. This set was produced for the Canadian market, not for the US. Box art includes lid illustration of Pinocchio and the Blue Fairy w/side panels showing additional "Pinocchio" characters. Lid has splits at all corners w/masking/cello tape or partial tape repairs and surface paper lifts from tape removal. VG. Box interior has insert w/large flip-up top panel showing the same art as lid. Blue Fairy's wings have some streaks of surface paper lifting and lower right has some lt. creasing. Fine. Set has eight hard plastic bulb shades w/wrap-around decals and w/vintage light bulbs plus original wiring and plug. Each shade has a different decal, one for each character, along w/their name. These include - Jiminy Cricket, Stromboli, Lampwick, Blue Fairy, Geppetto, Pinocchio, Gideon and Foulfellow and Figaro; Figaro shade has hairline crack and decals have moderate flaking. VG/Fine.
