Item Description
Complete set of five, each approx. 2.25" tall. Made in Germany by Hertwig, 1920s. From "Just Kids" comic strip that began in 1923. Set includes Nicodemus, Fatso, Mush, Marjory and Pat Chan. All have character names (Pat Chan has "Pat Finnegan" name) and "Germany" incised on back as well as name of creator Ad Carter. All elastic is tight. Just trace paint wear and all remain bright, clean and VF/Exc. overall and nicer than typically found.
