Item Description
The typical early Santa button is 1.25" but Wanamaker's went the extra mile and produced this 1.5" give-away for Christmas c. 1910. The button has its Bastian back paper and front shows Santa in a toy laden very primitive bi-wing airplane superimposed over their famous headquarters at Juniper and Market Streets. We've dubbed this the "Style A" design with the building roof edges a pair of straight lines. See item #450 for Style B. NM, displaying Mint.
