Item Description
c. 1917-1918. Sizes of pins are .5" to 1.75". The first 13 (12 buttons/1 metal pin) are for 4th Liberty Loan. The large "Solicitor" button in Row 2 has horizontal cello cracks but clean. Row 3 #3 has light stain with the rest of these VF to Mint. Last five are for the Fifth loan drive known as the Victory Liberty Loan. The brass luster medal is on "Chairman" hanger, but no name engraved on reverse. However, the silver luster version does have awardee name of "R. M. O'Dwyer"- and is the only engraved example we can recall offering. Text states the medal is "Made From Captured German Cannon". Tiny item in Row 4 reads "Victory Liberty Loan Speaker 1919" and other brass item is embossed pin for "Victory Volunteer/District V/Victory V Loan".
