Item Description
Metal badges, three with extensive enamel, are 2 to 3.25" long. Ribbons, with 1-11/16" celluloid circles at center, are 7.25" for PA and 6.75" for Maine with the latter having small 1/8" cut on top edge. In order lot includes: St. Alban Phila. Commandery Centennial 1876 embossed brass pin, next for St. Louis 1886 from Buffalo, next four for 24th Conclave in D.C. 1889 with one naming Rochester and one naming Wilkes-Barre. Last four badges and two ribbons are all for 26th Conclave in Boston, 1895. These name Hyde Park, Mass., Haverhill (showing Birthplace of Whittier), Northampton and the two ribbons are from Ridgway, PA and Biddeford, ME. Nice early pieces. VF to Mint.
