Item Description
7.25x10.75". Typed letter on Hoover's personal stationery from "Stanford University" on "November 12, 1928" written to "James E. West Chief Scout Executive." Boldly signed "Herbert Hoover" in blue fountain pen ink at conclusion. Two horizontal mailing folds w/faint 1/4" light brown stain along lower fold not affecting signature. VF. Comes w/Hake's COA & JSA LOA.
