Item Description
Complete Volume 52, No. 15 issue from April 13, 1962. Magazine features full page ad for series of 12 premium baseball cards that were available as box cut-outs from various Post cereals. Two example cards, including Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris, were bound in magazine. Mantle has boldly signed his card in blue felt tip pen. Both remain intact as bound. Magazine has pinch creases along spine and shows scattered handling wear/aging. Original address label has been removed from front cover leaving residue. Front cover has barely visible moisture stain that continues on following three pages, measuring approx. 2x3". This stain ever so slightly affects back of Maris card. Magazine is Fine overall. Mantle card remains clean and unaffected w/just lt. aging and is Exc. A rarely seen card signed by this popular MLB HOF member and the first we've seen still intact. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
