Item Description
Complete set of 12 rings issued by Kellogg's in 1951. Rings were issued by Kellogg's "Pep" cereal, a ring came free in each box. Various colored plastic bases (this set features a nice assortment of colors) w/plastic domed inserts featuring illustrations including - "Tom Corbett, Space Cadet Insignia" as well as rings featuring spacesuits and equipment. "Parallo-Ray Gun" has some flaking to image and rings have some typical warping to some of the ring discs but all are intact. Fine to Exc. Set comes w/glossy silver luster ring w/high relief Tom Corbett portrait on top. 1952. NM. Die-cut brass ring has stamped image of rocketship w/brass top fitting into a silver luster spring steel circular expansion band that stretches to fit any size finger. Underside of brass top reads "Space Cadet Tom Corbett Unit." Nice bright luster w/trace wear. Exc. An instant collection.
