Item Description
11.5x17" artboard has pen and ink original art by Paul Gulacy for the "Spider-Man 2 Comic Book Artists Portfolio" published by Marvel in 2004 in conjunction w/the release of the second Sam Raimi-directed Spider-Man film. The portfolio featured art by over 25 comic artists, both legendary artists and newcomers, each creating art inspired by "Spider-Man 2." These images were created exclusively for this project. Art offered here depicts Spider-Man in his movie costume, climbing up partially destroyed wall, looking up to see the shadows of Doctor Octopus's mechanical arms. Gulacy has signed at lower right. Back has some lt. glue residue but o/w art is Exc.
