Item Description
1.25" dia. cello button features choice color depiction of Dick Tracy speaking to Little Orphan Annie w/word balloon reading "Shop At Genung's And Save." Item is from the early 1930s and was issued by a New Jersey department store. Button is rare because of its limited local issue. This is a beautiful example complete w/James Spencer & Co. - Philadelphia backpaper. Tiny dot and hairline scratch to right of Annie, but neither detracts greatly and button remains totally bright, glossy and Exc. Rare.
