Item Description
Each is 6.5x8.75" w/162 pages. These two issues comprise the entire run of this title published by Best Books Inc. Each has George Rozen cover and noted Western author Louis Lamour wrote stories for each issue under a pseudonym. Vol 1 #1 (Fall 1950) has "Texas John Aldin" story written by Robert E. Howard under a pseudonym. Back cover has had for "Hopalong Cassidy Takes Cards" book. 1.5" tear to front cover by lower spine, but this is only noticeable upon close inspection and does not detract greatly. Fine overall. Vol 1 #2 (Winter 1951) has great William Boyd as Hoppy w/Topper cover. Some minor wear along spine. Cover is Fine+. Pages of both have evenly aged and remain supple. VF overall.
