Item Description
"Police Woman" was an TV police procedural starring Angie Dickinson that ran on NBC from Sept. 13, 1974, to March 29, 1978. 8-5/8x10.75" sheet of vellum w/lead pencil original art for Police Woman mask. Inked production notations at margins w/penciled "Policewoman" name. Some tape staining/residue across eyes. Even lt. aging and some minor handling wear. Fine/VF. Comes w/three approx. 8x9" high relief thin Vacuform plastic Halloween masks for Dickinson's character Sgt. Pepper Anderson. Collegeville, 1976. Plastic masks have been completely hand-painted. Two feature same mold design w/slightly different paint jobs while third features less bouffant hairstyle and more realistic paintjob. This third mask is marked "Police Woman - Original" in blue ink on inside, Collegeville's way of identifying it as a unique prototype. Interesting prototypes show design and color progression for this costume. Masks have a few small scattered edge cracks and some lt. aging and lt. paint wear. Fine/VF overall.Unique lot.
