Item Description
8.5x11.75" bound script is noted as "Revised Third Script" on title page, which bears Aug. 15, 1980 date. Script is for "The Dark Crystal," the 1982 live-action/puppet animated high fantasy film directed by Jim Henson and Frank Oz. Cover has inked "Ian Ballantine's Copy - Sept. 1980" notation, noting that this was the personal copy of Ian Ballantine, the pioneering publisher who founded and published the paperback line of Ballantine Books. Title page has inked name of screenwriter David O'Dell at top. Covers show some aging and corner tip wear. VF w/Exc. pages.
